Cesca To Speak At MADE In Britain Panel: ‘Net-zero In Giftware’

Cesca have been invited to the Autumn Gift Fair on the 5th September, hosted at the NEC in Birmingham. The MADE in Britain trade association brings together close to 2,000 British manufacturers, across dozens of sectors, and provides support for them to do business more sustainably.

The Autumn Fair is the UK’s industry-leading marketplace for wholesale home, gift, and fashion. With more than 600 exhibitors displaying their collections each year, the annual four-day event highlights a wide variety of products just in time for the busy Christmas period.

MADE in Britain is organising a sustainability panel debate at this year’s Autumn Fair and we are pleased to announce that Cesca’s Co-Founder Susanne Langley will be part of the ‘Net-Zero in giftware – exploring the future’ panel taking place on the 5th

Susanne will be discussing how Cesca pivoted our company focus away from real leather and imitation leather, and towards sustainable recycled materials. The panel will also discuss the importance of reshoring production to the UK, a key focus point of Cesca, and one Susanne and her co-founder Andrew have worked hard to develop. This invitation highlights the important work we do to ensure that we are working towards a net-zero impact from our production. This is only the start for Cesca as we are constantly looking to improve in all areas including our recycled materials, renewable energy and sustainable waste management.
