The following terms and conditions apply to products & services supplied by the Cesca webstore. They are governed by the laws of England and we encourage you to familiarise yourself with them prior to completing your purchase.

They may change from time to time so we request that you read them each time you order.

Product Descriptions

We take every care to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and representative of the goods you will receive at the time you place your order. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the description and specification of products shown are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software and other factors beyond our control, the colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from reproduction.

Colour is important to us. Please be aware that the colour of the products shown is designed to accurately reflect the product you will receive. However colours will vary from monitor to monitor depending on their calibration.

If you require a swatch to check the colour of material selected, please do contact us and we will send a swatch free of charge in the post.

Measurements are approximate to the nearest half centimetre or quarter inch.

If you aren’t delighted with the goods you receive from us please check out our returns policy and as long as we receive them back in perfect, resalable condition we will refund your purchase.

Prices

All prices on our web site are in GB Pounds and include UK VAT at the rate at the time of purchase. The price of your order (exclusive of delivery) will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate at the time your order is placed. However, these may be subject to change. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

If you choose to cancel your order we will refund or credit you for the sum that has been paid for the cancelled goods.

UK & EU Customers: VAT Inclusive prices are charged for customers with a billing address in the UK or any EU country.

Non UK & EU customers are zero rated for VAT purposes and this will be deducted at the checkout. However if we are shipping to outside of the EU please note that any duty and taxes incurred at your destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards through the Stripe payment gateway or if you prefer to speak with one of our customer service advisors directly you can place your order by telephoning: +44 (0) 1933 426601.

Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency if you are shopping from outside the UK.

We also accept payments using PayPal. Any transactions will be shown on your statement as Juniper Trading Ltd.

Dispatch & Delivery

We recognise that having selected your colourful Cesca item, be it for yourself or as a gift, you will want delivery as soon as possible. We aim to carefully pick and package your order and dispatch for delivery on the next working day.

Shipping Rates

UK Mainland:
Orders up to £8 will be shipped by first class signed for post 1-2 day delivery £2.50

Orders over £8 will be shipped by DPD dedicated courier on a next day service @£4.95 excluding Sundays or UK Bank Holidays when they will be delivered the next working day.

Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands – 2-3 days working £8.00

European Union – 2-4 working Days £15

Rest of the World – 5-7 working days £25

Returns Policy

At Cesca we love our products and want you to love them too. If you are not delighted with your purchase please do let us know and you may return your purchase to us within 14 days.

Please do contact us with the reason for your return as we really value your feedback. Then please send the product back to us at the return address below.

Please send them, unused with their original packaging and in perfect order.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In order to return any goods, please enclose a returns slip with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return clearly and marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:

In the event of failure to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs for recovering the goods.

If returned from outside the EU, goods must be marked “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS” and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account.

All delivery charges resulting from the return of your item(s) are at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves in the quality of our colourful accessories but in the unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase, please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault. We will refund or exchange faulty items and also refund postage costs.

We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Confirmation of order

A contract does not exist between Cesca and you for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation by e-mail to the address provided by you. The contract will be deemed to have been formed and the confirmation given to you as soon as you receive the message, whether or not you read it. Any products on the same order which we have not charged for or dispatched do not form part of that contract.

We may change these terms of sale without notice in relation to future sales. Please ensure that you have read our current terms of sale before placing any order.

All goods are subject to availability.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order are unavailable.

Cancelling an order

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provides the right to cancel an order for goods purchased within 7 days beginning the day after goods are delivered (received).

Should you decide to cancel your order notification must reach us in writing within the 7 working day period and we will then refund your purchase by crediting the original credit/debit card used on receipt of the goods so long as they are in condition and packaging as sold to you.

Please return the goods to us as soon as possible within this 7 day period. Where possible, please use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which is probably the most cost effective method for you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return.

If you cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched we will refund you credit/debit card for the full amount.

Events beyond control

On occasions unforeseen events to do happen. Here at Cesca we do have contingency plans but sometimes events may be beyond our control. On these occasions we will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Data Protection

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only use your information for the purposes of our dealings with you. We do not sell information or mailing lists to any other business. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.
